Suika Tenman-gū
水火天満宮

Suika Tenman-gū is a small Shinto shrine on Horikawa Street, not far from the Terauchi District and its Nichiren branch temples. In recent years, this otherwise unspectacular shrine has received some fame due to its weeping cherry tree, which is a majestic sight to behold in late March, especially during the hours of nightfall.

Admission: open year-round
Nearby places of interest: Honpō-ji, Myōken-ji
