Ōharano Shrine
大原野神社

Ōharano Shrine is a Shintō shrine in western Kyōto. It is famous for the “sengan-zakura” 千観, 桜, the cherry tree of one-thousand eyes, a particular branch of cherry tree whose flowers only bloom for a relatively short amount of time.

Admission: open year-round
